The World Service Public Information Committee Invites You
to complete the 2023 survey! We encouraged all members of the Cocaine Anonymous to lend their voice. Remember, the only requirement for Cocaine Anonymous membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances. That means that we can use input from all of our members in order to stay relevant to the addict that still suffers. This information is useful on so many levels, from presentations given to professionals to literature given to newcomers in the form of pamphlets. We want to hear your voice, and there is no time requirement necessary. So, what are you waiting for? Being of service, can start with just one survey!
All entries for the following survey are anonymous in accordance with our 12th tradition. Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding to place principles before personalities.
